"I absolutely love this gorgeous Mersman table that I recently refinished. But...I have no idea what to call this table...sofa table (too short?), foyer table (maybe?), Davenport table (I don't know what that is but it sounds fancy. LOL), console table (Winner winner chicken dinner?). Whatever YOU choose to call it will work for me. ;) The old stain was completely removed from the top, which was then stained with General Finishes Antique Walnut stain. The base was freshened up with Brown Mahogany stain, and then treated with Pitch Black glaze for a wonderful finish that really brought this vintage piece to life. The entire piece has been sealed for protection." - emme by design
