"Enjoyed putting this baritone guitar together for a customer. Good to use some UK companies as well. 1 piece swamp ash body from GuitarbuildUK, bridge from Grainger Guitars and Silo pickups from Bare Knuckle Pickups. I stained and finished the body. Merlot Dye Stain and Enduro-Var water based finish from General Finishes. This gives an open grain look that is similar to an oil finish." - Flame Guitars

"This is a handmade parlor guitar built for my son for his 9th birthday. The guitar components are:
Built from Parlor Guitar plan made by Scott Antes. Back and sides are Padauk. Top is Bearclaw Sitka. Ebony and Maple binding and purfling scheme. Honduran Mahogany neck. Gotoh GNS1 Tuners. Standard Parlor case w/ custom plate from a local trophy shop.

I was given this 100+ yr old Burl wood piano by some friends. I loved it and hoped it could be tuned and fixed for my kids to enjoy. After having a tuning professional check it out I was informed it would never play again. He said to go ahead and trash it :( This beauty was never going to be headed to a landfill. She was pretty just sitting there as is. I decided she would be even better converted into a wine bar. I removed the Harp, keys, strings and all the hundreds of pins. Once...
"I've been using General Finishes paints & stains on my up-scaling projects for the past 1.5 years. I'm most proud of my largest piece, an antique baby grand piano & bench. Transformed her with General Finishes Black Gel Stain and General Finishes High Performance Top Coat Satin Finish. Results, nothing short of beautiful!" - Judy Dinoski Angus

As someone who paints A LOT of furniture, I can honestly say that General Finishes is my favorite product line to work with and produces quality results every time. KC's Drab to Fab Home Decor says, "We completed this beautiful piano transformation, and we love it!!!! Used General Finishes Java Gel Stain with General Finishes topcoat. Added glass crystal pulls, and an ornate wood accent in a faux finish. Also refinished the piano foot petals in a gold and trimmed the bench and some of the piano in gold. Did we say we loved this yet?"
