"Out with the trendy white and back to the traditional classic cherry. (original cabinets were honey oak) I used equal parts of Brown Mahogany and Georgian Cherry to get the exact color I wanted. Loved the results so much, I am currently updating my railings as well. Easy to use, clean up was easy. Topped off with High performance top coat. Loving my new kitchen!!"

The right side of each board is one coat wiped back, the left side is multiple coats for a more opaque look.

Amber Armstrong of Paint Me Perfect restyled this antique dresser using DIY Behr "white on white", Gel Stains (American Oak, Brown Mahogany and Java) and finished with a layer of High Performance Top Coat Satin.

This antique night stand was painted in General Finishes Buttermilk Yellow Milk Paint and the legs were stained in Brown Mahogany Gel Stain by Refurbished by Sweet Threepeats.

Getting delivered today is this amazing and very antique Barrister Bookcase that we restored for a client for his wife - just in time for Mother's Day! Mary Schiff says, "It's been a while since I posted anything. Because of the cold weather and my unheated shop, I haven't been able to spray anything. I don't mind painting by hand, but topcoats are just not as smooth on large pieces. So, saying that, here is a bookcase I have been working on. Brepurposed created these lovely French Script Two Toned End Tables. The top edges and drawers were stained with GF Brown Mahogany Gel Stain. The legs and top were painted dark gray and the stenciling was applied. We recommend GF Queenstown Gray for a similar look.
