"I applied 3 coats of a custom mix of General Finishes Antique White and Snow White to the entire dresser. I let it dry for a day and then applied a really fun scalloped design Shape Tape to the bottom. Once dry, I applied 3 coats of another custom paint mix to the bottom. I added a small amount of General Finishes Key West Blue Chalk Style Paint to the existing custom white paint until I had a pale watery blue green shade....
