Lamp Black Grandfather Clock

"This piece received a complete makeover! I’ve been looking for another one ever since my last one sold so I was pretty excited when this one popped up on marketplace! It was very ugly but I knew that wasn’t anything that couldn’t be fixed.... First I removed the weights and pendulum then removed the ugly clock face and replaced it with a new battery operated one! I wanted it to look like a very old antique clock so I added a beautiful new crown to the top to add more character and height! After that I painted it in Lamp Black Milk Paint and gave it all the aged worn look I love!!! It still looked pretty plain so I added a unique stencil design to the back!"
