"The fluting, The deep rich color, The brass hardware. This one has it all! Started pulling off all those 80’s details. Behind that bulky trim was very simplistic curved sides, but a mismatched front. That’s when I decided to have a base made that would mimic the sides and create a more cohesive look. I also was not fond of the trim detail under the top drawer; but when I removed it there was about an 1/8” gap! That’s when my wheels started turning and I immediately thought of fluting! A style that is VERY on trend right now. It truly transformed it into a modern, eye-catching piece!
