Basil Chair

"My client dropped off this chair to be refinished and told me an awesome story of how this chair came to her. Apparently there was a running joke in her family that her mom was not allowed to use the checkbook, and that was because of this chair. Around 60 years ago she purchased 2 of these chairs at $600 each. That’s a lot of money back then!! Heck that’s a lot of money today! Her husband was a little upset when he found out the purchase price. Now that the chair was passed down, I’m honored to be able to refinish it to stay within the family as the chair has so much meaning to them.
