"I mixed General Finishes Coastal Blue with Emerald Green, and while I was going for a dark teal, it came out more like a Hunter Green. Which was still so pretty and really compliments the wood tones. I watered down the paint about 50/50, and brushed it on just like I was painting, but a thinner coat. Once dry, I sanded heavily with 80 or 120 grit paper. It left it looking pretty scratchy, so everything got a coat of High Performance Poly in flat finish. It gives it a really pretty shine, and...

"I had this little nightstand in my garage. I decided to go with General Finishes Milk Paint in the color Coastal Blue. I always love how this color pairs with brass or gold hardware. I used my Royal Design Studio’s Royal Stencil Creme in the color Antique Gold and applied it onto the detail to make it pop. The antique gold is a great match to its drawer pulls and feet so the whole thing just came together." - Suzanne Bagheri - The Painted Drawer Collection
"A bright, bold, Bahamas-inspired, vintage chest of drawers! A perfect pop of color for anywhere in your home. Painted with General Finishes Milk Paint in Corinth Blue, and sealed with GF HPTC in flat. The original hardware was blinged up with metallic gold spray paint. This piece can go with a variety of decor schemes. While it has the antique style, the bold, undistessed color, would allow it to blend well into a mid century or contemporary design as well." - Garage 9

"I picked it up the little footstool for a few dollars at the thrift store. Poor little fella, but I fixed it right up! A little paint always makes everything better. I used Persian Blue on the legs and Snow White on the top. As you can see, I didnt really try to cover it well. I wanted it a bit distressed looking. I actually ended up sanding it a bit all over to make it look like an old footstool. My little beachy footstool is so cute, I love it. And its perfect when sitting at the desk...

Loving this stenciled dresser from Refresh Living!
"For this dresser, I used General Finishes Milk Paint in Driftwood Gray. It took two coats of paint. I also painted the inside of the drawer compartments. It’s pretty simple to paint the inside of shelves by brushing in the corners and edges, and then rolling the bases and sides. Now we have the perfect storage area for all of the beach stuff at our little lake house." (Which happens to be in GF's neck of the woods :) !)
