"I mixed up a soft black using 2 parts General Finishes Lamp Black and 1 part Queenstown Gray. I added a bit of water to thin the paint, and it absorbed into the wood much like a stain. So good. I sealed it up with a couple of coats of General Finishes High Performance Topcoat in flat. The finish is so pretty, and feels meant to be on this piece."

"Bench we made from a cute antique twin headboard. The framing was made from the side rails and the seat is tongue and groove cedar. It even has it's original wood casters. I mixed Patina Green, Snow White and a little bit of Coastal Blue for the base color then added straight Coastal Blue while the base coat was wet to blend the colors and get the light and dark contrast.
