Milk Paint

"Gorgeous refinished mid century Thomasville chest of drawers. The body was sprayed with General Finishes Reverent Gray which is very very light gray/griege color that will blend perfectly with warm or cool decor. The top and middle section were sanded to bare wood and refinished. The whole piece was sprayed with multiple coats of a satin clear coat for durability." - SPF Furniture
"If I had to pick one piece of furniture that everyone could use in their home but probably don’t realize...it would be a cedar chest. It’s the perfect piece for toy storage, coffee table, bench seating, at the end of a bed, and of course for storing clothes and blankets. This cedar chest has been around for almost 60 years...and I had the privilege of meeting the original owner. It has since been passed down in the family and with the new updated look it will be used for many more years....

"A vintage dresser makes the best gifts for children, because it’s an investment in a quality, one of kind piece of furniture that can grow with the child. This one is special to me as I refinished this for my niece, who just became a big sister and is embracing the role and new look of her bedroom as she transitions. It’s not always that easy to convince someone that the picture of a yellow, dirty ugly looking dresser with broken hardware is going to be perfect. I’m glad my sister-in-law...

"By far, this dresser is my favorite piece we have ever done, and we get to look at it everyday! When we found out we were having a boy this dresser came to mind. We used General Finishes Arm-R-Seal to bring out the beautiful raw wood and painted the rest Queenstown Gray, then we finished it off with some new hardware to complete the look!" - Moses...

"There is so much to love about an antique empire chest of drawers – proud stance, curvy scrollwork, and graduated drawers are signature characteristics of the coveted 1800s American style. Our newest charm, Suzannah bridges the gap between traditional and contemporary design, delivering excellent craftsmanship and a new two-toned look to her new home.   The vision was clear, but it took some time and care to get her to this reveal. After good cleaning and prep sanding, I chose General...

"Oh my gosh, I am so excited this piece is finally done!! It needed a lot of work, but it's such a gorgeous and quality piece that it was worth it. Mahogany may be a real pain to work with, but the quality is amazing. The top was sanded down and brought back to life, the base needed lots of patching, sanding and I had to create a piece of missing trim. I patched and drilled new holes for the updated hardware, removed the green felt from the two small drawers and added fun paper instead. All in...

I absolutely love it!! I then lightly distressed along the edges, and...

"This absolutely stunning buffet is all refreshed and ready for a new home. This lovely lady had great bones but was in desperate need of a face lift.
