About This Post
Rehab to Fab says, "This stunning mint desk has had a total makeover. Top was sanded, conditioned and stained with a mix and layers of General Finishes 'Antique Walnut' Gel Stain & Rustoleum 'Driftwood'. The edges of the top were hand painted with a Metallic gold. The body was painted with Sherwin Williams 'Tame Teal'. The feet were dipped in Rustoleum 'Pure Gold'. The drawers are blinged out with the perfect floral knobs to bring it all together. Entire piece was sealed with Polyvine Wax Finish Varnish in Dead Flat."
Try General Finishes Pearl Effects for a gold paint alternative. Halcyon Blue and Snow White Milk Paint can be mixed to create a similar mint color.
Always make sure that you test first before combining General Finishes products with another brand. We cannot guarantee that the two formulas will work well together.
