"This set is one for the books! A beautiful handmade maple bedroom set slathered in a multitude of blue latex paint! My client has had this set in her family for many years and asked if I could restore it for her little girl. After spending some time talking with her and learning more about her Daughter, I eagerly suggested PINK! But not just any pink, General Finishes Ballet Pink! The softest, most subtle shade I have ever seen and been dying to use! It is a shade of pink that will grow with her through the years and never be too “childish.” I sanded and stripped away the blue paint, repaired the cracks, secured the slightly bowed tops back down and breathed new life into this gorgeous furniture. I replaced the chunky original wood knobs with ones that were more petite. This by far is one of my most favorite projects to date! It is now a gorgeous restored set for a unicorn loving princess!
