Revolutionaries​ refinished this dresser with a two tone look. The top was casing was painted with GF Antique White Milk Paint. After the first coat of paint, I had a little bit of bleed through in some areas, so I sealed it with the High Performance Top Coat, sanded very lightly, and then did another coat of paint. Basically it seals in the stains so they don't peek through the paint.
