"This absolutely stunning buffet is all refreshed and ready for a new home. This lovely lady had great bones but was in desperate need of a face lift. The veneer on top was chipping away so I removed it completely and sanded the wood underneath. "I couldn’t be more pleased with how this project turned out! I have always loved the antique card catalogs but they are crazy hard to find and sooo expensive so I made a new version! It took several hours to turn a this once boring dresser into a faux antique catalogue I painted it in a new General Finishes color called Reverent Gray then aged it to perfection with my chippy paint technique and added Van dyke glaze with a super smooth layer of matte top coat for extra protection!"
