"Trust me when I say this old Victorian era rocker had seen better days. The wicker was unraveling in areas, it looked as if a dog chewed the rockers. The fabric on the spring loaded cushion was hideous. The old white paint was dingy and dirty and chipping off. It was a hot mess. Do I have a before photo? No. No I do not. "I took this plain, wood filing cabinet and spiffed it up a bit. I wanted it to have an industrial look. I used General Finishes Lamp Black to paint the trim and hardware and dry brush the body.
