Ballerina Transfer Cabinet

"I’d like to introduce you all to my latest piece, Prima Ballerina by Hokus Pokus. This is a fabulous decor weave that I demonstrated on an Fb LIVE. Isn’t she stunning? (FB Live Decoupage spray glue method: https://fb.watch/hpCyx7MwY4/?mibextid=v7YzmG)   The cabinet I acquired was originally used to store sheet music. With this in mind I knew that I wanted to design with music as its main theme. The Hokus Pokus Prima Ballerina felt like the perfect way to begin! Once I applied the decor weave I instantly realized that she needed to be the main focus of the design. My goal was to make sure that every single detail was the “understudy” to the ballerina who is truly the star of this piece!   I added ghost stencils on the top of the piece by using a glossier top coat. This gives added design without feeling chaotic. I used General Finishes water based High Performance semi gloss to achieve the ghost look." - Mariposa Creations by Valerie
